Temporary Skill Shortage Visas
Temporary-sponsorship visa grants a visa holder a maximum of four years to live and work in Australia for an employer upon the grant of such visa. Immediate family members of the primary visa holder are also entitled to join, so families are further reunited upon settlement within Australia. After three years of holding a Subclass 482 visa, these workers and their families may qualify for Permanent Residency. The visa encourages the movement of skilled people into Australia to promote a better future for themselves, and their careers, and contribute to the Australian economy and workforce.
Permanent Employer Sponsored Nominated Visas
Under visas classified as permanent employer-sponsored visas such as the Subclass 186 (ENS) and Subclass 187 (RSMS), foreign workers may be permitted to reside and be employed in Australia so long as the applicant has an employer willing to sponsor them. These visas, once granted, lead to permanent residency and may be directly accessed via direct entry path. Alternatively, employees who worked for the same employer for 2 or 3 years on a 457 or 482 visa may apply through the transitional route depending on their occupation. Such options provide a stable and long-term employment option within Australia.

English proficiency
Accepted Candidates are to demonstrate their proficiency in the English language through examination (IELTS or other similar tests).

Under 45 years, mostly, unless you get an exemption according to specific rules or your occupation.

Australian employer-sponsored visas are specific applications with eligibility criteria that would include demonstrating financial capacity, educational qualifications, and meeting health and character requirements. Non-acceptance of a visa cannot be guaranteed since each application is judged on its merit. There are conditions placed on visa holders, such as employment full-time and limited working hours. In case of any change in circumstances, such as a switch of courses or school, you should inform authorities about that change as well.
